Here are some pics from the Choral Festival on Sat May 13th
Fifty singers from six choirs and a large audience enjoyed music from five centuries - culminating in a triumphant (and very loud) rendition of the coronation anthem "I was glad" by Parry.

As usual the WSL cakes at the choir tea were a star attraction - and over £600 was raised for the charity Tearfund which provides much-needed (sustainable) support in many places in the world.
Huge thanks from me to all those who helped, whether by directing a choir, singing or playing an instrument, moving the stage, shopping for / making / serving the teas and interval refreshments, or clearing up after!
